Community Support
The following are examples of Community Support activities that the Cornwell Family is aware of that are being conducted in support of the Family and the search for Kristi. If you are aware of others and you have our contact information, please let us know so we may include them in this list.
- The family is in the process of having t-shirts printed as shown below to help people be reminded to keep looking for Kristi and to help raise funds for the Reward and Search Fund. These t-shirts will be available at various merchants in Blairsville and at other fundraising events.
- The Family has also set up an online source where items may be purchased with Kristi’s picture and information regarding her abduction so that others can continue to remember to look for her and pray for her and the family. Items such as buttons, stickers and mugs may be purchased at the CafePress Kristi Cornwell page.

- Someone unknown to the family has printed yard signs that display a yellow cross and have the words “Until Kristi Comes Home” on them and placed them around the community. Thank You!
- Rest Haven Florist has produced and distributed yellow ribbons that are displayed on homes and businesses throughout the community. Thank You!!
- Many businesses in the area (and hopefully throughout the nation) are displaying Kristi’s missing person poster/flyer. Thank You!!
- Bill’s Skating Rink on Old Blue Ridge Highway in Blairsville is hosting a fundraiser on Saturday, August 29th, from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The public is welcome to attend for skating, music, food, and other entertainment. Proceeds will go to the Kristi Cornwell Reward and Search Fund.
